BodyMetrix by Intelametrix is the new portable, hand-held fitness testing device available in the UK from FitnessAssist.
The product uses precision ultrasound technology to measure the body’s fat and muscle tissue to the nearest millimetre.
It allows the fitness assessor to track fat loss and muscle growth.
The system plugs into a computer’s USB port and the test takes a few minutes.
